Terms of Service

1. Services

Simply Done Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Grande Prairie, Alberta, and surrounding communities. Services are provided based on mutually agreed scope, schedule, and pricing discussed prior to the first appointment.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Residential cleaning: $38/hr with a 2-hour minimum per visit
• Commercial cleaning: $44/hr with a 2-hour minimum per visit
• Deep cleaning and move in/out: $38/hr with a 6-hour minimum (2-person crew)
• Steam cleaning: Flat-rate per item with a $114 minimum ($119.70 with GST)
• A 5% environmental and materials fee applies to all invoices
• GST (5%) applies to all services
• First-time booking deposit: $119.70 (GST included), credited to first invoice
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise arranged
• We accept e-Transfer and credit card payments

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

We schedule cleaning appointments based on mutual availability. To cancel or reschedule without charge, please provide at least 24 hours notice and more than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the minimum booking amount.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will send a crew to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the most recent cleaning visit only.

5. Access and Security

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the cleaning area. This includes securing pets, removing hazardous materials, and providing any necessary keys, codes, or access instructions. All access credentials are stored securely and assigned to named crew leads.

6. Liability and Insurance

Simply Done Cleaning carries commercial liability insurance and WCB coverage. In the unlikely event of damage during service, we will work with you and our insurer to resolve the matter promptly. Please notify us of any damage within 24 hours of the cleaning visit.

7. GPS Tracking

Our cleaning crews are GPS-tracked from our office to your location and back. This ensures accurate billing based on actual time spent at your property and provides accountability for arrival and departure times.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
