For residential cleaning our hourly rate is $38 per hour per cleaner. We are fully registered, licensed, insured, bonded with WCB and request criminal record checks from our staff for our safety and yours.
When booking our Initial Cleans / Move in or out/ Deep and 1 time cleans, there is a standard set of time frames I would quote verbally over the phone, however there are many exceptions.
<1200 sq ft 2 bed 2 bath apt size, we book 4 hours min with 2 cleaners.
1200-2000 we would suggest a full 8-hour day with 2 cleaners.
>2000 You may need 2+ cleaners for a day or 2.

If you would like to follow up with or just start with a regular scheduled BASIC clean please let us know and we can get you started with that if you do not require a big clean

Now, how long it takes and how much it costs you is up to you! Cost depends on what you are asking us to do and how long that takes.

It is important you are detailed in your written expectations and we will be detailed on your clean.

We supply the equipment and materials needed to do the basic cleaning. If you are expecting something specific such as Pledge on your wood please note you will need to supply that and make note of it on your checklists.
