TO DO before every scheduled appointment with Simply Done Cleaning

Please let us know and how to prepare for our clean
2. Please pick up "clutter" from counter tops, floors and furniture
3. Any broken or damaged items so we do not accidentally make them worse
4. Please secure up any animals that should not be outside just so there are no accidents while we are packing in and out of the house. As well this will help ensure that when we leave the home clean you come to it in the condition, we left it for you.
5. Please ensure all driveways and access to and from your home is clear and unobstructed.
Just to note a few things we do not do
- We don't empty kitty litter boxes - we will sweep/vacuum around kitty litter boxes, but not if there is an excess of litter
- We don't pick up or clean up any feces
- We don't get on ladders - if a surface is too high for us to reach with 2 step ladder, it won't be touched
-We don't move heavy furniture or electronics such as TV’s and stands, stereo systems etc.
-Go into bedrooms with doors closed, as we do not want to breach your privacy. Please ensure you let us know if you want us in rooms that have doors closed.
-Communicate with clients via text. Please email us or call our office
PLEASE NOTE:
Simply Done Cleaning has the utmost respect of your home and your privacy, as such we will not go into any rooms with closed doors unless this is specified on your checklist or to Simply Done via email.
While we are in unprecedented times, to keep our staff safe for your health and ours, we do ask that all our clients social distance from our staff or please exit the home when it is possible.
At times we have the staff document their work. Which is kept confidential and is available to view for 1 week after your clean, upon written request via email.
We do provide all the supplies needed to complete the basic or initial clean. However, if you would prefer us to use your vacuum or any other supplies please inform us before you’r cleans.
Information about your cleaners:
-We do criminal record check on all our cleaners
-All cleaners are covered by WCB
-The company is covered by insurance and bonded for your safety and ours
Our Service Commitment
We strive to ensure clients highest level of satisfaction. If something does not meet our standards, please forward photos via email the same day. If we receive your request outside of business hours, we will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss our options. Our commitment of satisfaction to each client, is our goal.
